I needed a new makeup bag, and I wanted something simple and not huge because I don't generally have a lot of makeup. This bag is decently sized, not too big or too small, but be warned the picture makes it look bigger than it really is. As you can see from one of my pictures, the bag is about half full of my makeup, with room to spare. If you have huge makeup brushes I would say they would probably not fit in the top. I will say this, it is a soft fabric and if you use powder makeup like I do and we'll get stuck on there and make it look dirty. It's not very easy to wipe off as it just gets grinded into the fabric. If it gets too dirty I wouldn't see why a simple wash on the delicate cycle would clean it right up. If you're looking for a makeup bag in between small and middle-sized this is the bag for you.

IT SMELLS SOOOOO BAD! The only way I can think to describe the smell is: 20 year old sweaty gym socks that got wet and locked up in a dark cabinet for another 10 years to get moldy. I HATE to leave a review like this but it was one of the worst smells of any items I have received EVER! I washed it by it's self with extra Tide soap and it still had a lingering stench. SO now I am on my second day of leaving it outside in hopes the fresh air could help. OK IF I didn't have to deal with this smell, I would give it a 5 star. The fabric is thick and the zipper works well. I thought it was cute and a great medium-large size bag for my stationery goodies. It even fits my Tombow Duel Brush Pens. So buyers beware and purchase at your own discretion.

i loved this bag y’all, i got the blueish one and it’s a pretty good size, maybe a little bigger than a makeup bag. it’s double sided (?) so like on the outside it’s soft blue but on the inside it’s sturdy beige canvas, the colors go super well together. also the zipper is super sturdy, i pack it full of my skincare stuff (it’s a lot of heavy smallish bottles) and the zipper has yet to even split or anything. for reference i have one of the cerave moisturizers and it fits perfectly on the bottom flat with plenty room for more stuff. there are no pockets on the inside but i still find it super useful. if you use makeup and want to use this bag for that, even though makeup is notorious for making a mess of the inside of a bag it washes pretty well without shrinking too. i washed it in a washing machine and let it air dry and it was good as new. good impulse amazon purchase, everyone needs a good makeup bag

Cute, spacious make up bag! I didn’t realize the square on the front had “time to party” on it and wasn’t just the brand name so a little disappointed in that but my fault for not looking too hard. Otherwise the bag is exactly as pictured. No weird smell unpacking it and hasn’t discolored any.
