This is a must for rolling front of shins. Because of the grooves in the Rollga foam roller, your shin bone does not receive direct pressure on it as you roll out the front of your lower leg. Instead, the Rollga rolls out the muscles to either side of the shin bone. So good. The first time I tried it at a friend's studio, it was a revelation, and I had to purchase my own as this is not available at my gym. I also use this for a great calf rolling session. Of course, you can also use all over your body too - but for shins, nothing beats it. Bright "Sunrise" or orange color lovely, a happy color. Also came with a handy carry strap. Be sure to look up the Rollga website to determine the firmness of Rollga right for your needs. Different colors signify different densities.

I had immensely painful shin splints and calf pain from running too much. I've been using a premium recovery stick for years, but the new onset of shin pain would not heal with my normal recovery routine. I got the Rollga Pro, which is the most firm foam roller they have, and its the only thing thats gotten me back on track. If you have calf tightness and/or shin splints that no epsom salt bath nor recovery stick has helped, do not hesitate in getting this foam roller. It will get you back out there. Thank you.

Day and night difference compared to traditional foam rollers. My only complaint is the price when it’s not a Prime delivery. I literally had to wait for over a month to get this because it’s being shipped directly from china. If I knew the wait time - I’d order it from china myself for literally 1/4 of the price. Either way - rolling out your thoracic spine is a game changer with this one, so I do recommend it

In the game of expectations management this product images, price and description are overselling, upon opening it feels like the product is underdelivering. I am going to keep it in its wrap (you can get a feel for it while wrapped) and order another roller or two and keep whichever works best. Nice thing though is that it comes with a shoulder strap.

Purchased for boyfriend for xmas present. He rolled on it for about 20 minutes and it caused him to suffer extreme back pain.He is afraid to use it now.

I love this product way better than regular foam rollers. I took a myofascial class to improve my mobility and reduce my pain and this tool was the bomb. It's diverse use and parts make it versatile and easy to use in parts of the body you probably didn't think you could use. Example: your Iliopsoas!! Deep inside your belly but really deals with your hip etc.
