I do heavy bag work around 3-4 times a week and wear these under 16 oz gloves. I prefer these over traditional wraps because I can take them on and off quickly if we are doing other training exercises and they aren’t needed. These make my gloves fit my hand better and provide excellent wrist support. I no longer get hurt wrists due to improper form (as I am a beginner). The padding is excellent. I ordered the XL because I have large hands. I ordered this pair and another more expensive brand and these fit better. The more expensive brand feels too tight and constricts my fingers, though they might just need to be worn in. I prefer this brand for the time being, however.

I wanted these for light punching bag use, 10-15 min at a time. They are comfortable and provide the perfect amount of padding for my knuckles. I've never ended up with cut/scraped knuckles after a workout. Very pleased with them. My kids all want their own now 😊I've trained before and have no great need for wrist support, and I only do up the stairs very loosely--I've even considered cutting them off, but if I did want the support, they seem like they'd be effective. They wrap around my wrists 4 times and velcro securely.

When I first got these, I'd slip them on, pull them up tight, and work the wrap around the wrist. It seemed like all of the padding was on the top of the hands and none on the knuckle. They didn't seem well designed. After a few uses, I learned that when you slip them on, the edges of the finger holes should be right above your knuckles. Don't slip them on all the way back.If you leave the edge of the finger sleeves right above your knuckle, they won't interfere with your finger mobility, and a good amount of the padding will lay over your knuckles and protect them. The wrap is good, not great. I'm not sure how durable it'll be long term it does seem a bit flimsy, but it's long enough to wrap around several times and secure itself in place. It does its job, though I only practice bag work. It's a world of a difference hitting the bag without these and just the gloves, vs putting these on correctly and then the gloves on top.The gloves feel much more snug, in place, tight, and sturdy. My wrist gets considerably more support and I don't have to spend a ton of time wrapping as I would have with actual hand wraps.

You want to wrap / tape your hands every workout? You need something, because you definitely need something under the glove or your hands and wrists will suffer. This product solves both the knuckle wrap and wrist wrap need, but unlike tape, it's reusable. Unlike like long cloth bandage strips, its quick and easy to put on and take off. This is a quality product, well made, long lasting, and effective.

Very good hand protection product to wear under boxing gloves. I’m by trade a hand therapist. The issue I have is my hands ache following and 30 min bad workout. These alleviated majority of the ache experienced the following day. Additionally they grip tight to the hand which prevent friction sores. This has been an issue with sores on the knuckles with other products. Well worth the money to save your hands.

These are great for training but my only complaint is that they are sized smaller than you would think. The finger openings are very tight and broke on each hand the first time I used them. I've sewed the fingers back together several times since purchasing. Other than that, no complaints.

Gloves feel pretty good. Sizing chart was throwing me off a bit as well as other reviews. I ordered a size large as that is my normal glove size, fit was good for me. No issues with comfort like others reviewers. Would recommend. Better than the simple wrist wraps that are a pain.

Good wraps for speed bag workouts. Padding adds a little weight so I prefer over standard 180".Not recommended for heavy bag workout as this wrap has no thumb support and very little in the wrist.
