Works well and great to be able to take anywhere

I've bought the forehead gel pads for years. Tried other brands but find these ones slightly larger, more adhesive and longer lasting.I also use frozen gel packs when things are really bad which I wrap in a towel and apply... yeah it eventually thaws out but anyone who gets serious headaches will know the relief that the cold and numbness can bring.Anyway, this time it came in a pack with the roller ball and again I've used other forehead sticks but this one is very easy to apply and does a decent job. Just don't touch your head and your eyes after putting it on or you'll regret it.Anyway, big thumbs up from me.

Felt relief quickly using the migraine strips. I’d never used the rollerball until I ran out of the strips, however unfortunately it just didn’t work for me. I felt a cold sensation but it just wasn’t enough to ease my migraines which was a shame. I’d rate the strips just below 4Head, which always seem to work better for me and stay secure a little bit better too.

Good product

The advert is a bit misleading into what you actually get and could probably buy this cheaper elsewhere, but I wanted to try the roll on. Its not as good as 4head, but its ok. The strips are always in the house firstaid kit and I will continue to buy them, But not the roll on again
