They are the best dried peppers I’ve ever purchased the taste the quality you cut the top off and the seeds come right out no fighting with them. They’re properly dried. They’re properly packaged. They are just great. They’re the same thing you would find in southern Mexico in the grocery store in the dried Spice aisle.

This is my wife’s department, and she’s helping me with the review. Dried chili is apparently one of the necessities in her home-town of Penang Island. After soaking the chili to soften them, she incorporated the dried chili into a paste by adding secondary ingredients like shrimp paste, garlic, ginger, shallot, scallion, palm sugar, and lime juice. This side dish is called Sambal Belacan, and is a popular indispensable chili condiment in her cuisine. My wife said, for many meals are incomplete without this spicy savory concoction. A little goes a long way because of the heat of this spicy ingredient. She found these chillis to be full flavored and freshly packaged.

I use these Chiles for some "heat" in cooking. My small parrot loves them. They're hot, but birds don't seem effected.

Very nice. Great packaging, I appreciate the zip lock top. Large quantity of peppers. Very spicey and delicious.

Maybe later when I make my Salsa I use to use Arbol but they don’t taste the Same as I remember but then again neither do Anaheims I think that some of the seeds used now days have been manipulated to be resistant to more bugs longer shelf life and this does change the flavor 🥺
