This helmet has no volume control. You can check to see if the battery is low.

Q: The voice control is not working in my helmet. It worked at first but stopped working once I used the remote control. How do i get it to work again?

so all the commands work with mine except like 2 i think the shutdown system and one other but as long at the sides switch's on the helmet work and so does the remote im happy.. Cons the audio from the helmet sucks and the remote can be intermittent and has to some times be turned off and back on so i mainly use the side of the helmet
