These folks weren't playing around when they named this herbs "Detox and Flush", what in the world!When I begin to feel constipated I take this and it flushes my entire system.Here's how I take it:1. I put one teaspoonful into a small plastic cup.2. I pour in hot boiling water and stir vigorously to mix.3. I put the cup in my freezer for a few minutes(about 5) so it can cool down - just a little bit, warm but not too warm, that's warm temperature that's close to hot.4. When the temperature is right, I stir it again vigorously, then immediately gulp the entire cup down(Note: while nearing the end of the cup, I sight its sediments and pause to stir again before continuing on to gulp it down).5. When I'm done, I run to the toilet and start pooping...- I do these in the morning(not consecutively, actually, considering the way it makes one poop, there is no way one can do it consecutively). I do it from time to time when I feel constipated.6. When I'm done pooping the 1st set in the early morning, I get up and clean up, about 45mins later it makes me feel like pooping again but the laxative effect of this herb doesn't stop there, it keeps making me poop on and on throughout the day till night. Before night comes, I poop about 6-7times in large amounts. It makes you got to the restroom nothing like I expected but it's been only 3 days. I will update my review once I complete the 21 days. I'm a little disappointed cause it doesn't tell you how many times a day you should drink it. I will say I do feel more energetic.

This product does what it's stated and flashes you out. The taste isn't bad I drink it with my tea every morning

The media could not be loaded. No where on this package does it tell you how much liquids to add it to, so how would it be effectives or do you know if it will work with 8oz. 20oz. Etc.

I take this product in the morning and .org warm water , and let me tell you it’s works . Sometimes I go 2 , 3 times a day and I usually goes every 3 to 4 days. You might have slight discomfort with it in the beginning but it will go away . Do not doubt this thing I think it work best on empty stomach or take it before you go to bed , as for the taste it doesn’t have any .

Oh lord, I did something bad. I did something real bad. Did that bag say 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon? Yeah, now in on the toilet in less than 5 minutes.. LolI use an Oster classic blender. Put 1 cup of Doles pineapple juice, some frozen berries, a cup of yogurt and pushed the button. Oh yeah, 1 1/2 teaspoons of this Detox and Flush.Didn't taste it. Didn't feel it. No grit. But lots of poop. I'm glad I couldn't find my tablespoon measuring spoon. Oh lort
