I usually use the echinacea tincture from this range but gave this a try and was not disappointed - lovely hot drink to help with colds, easy to prepare and teenagers are willing to drink it too.

Good taste and feel better for it.

The drops are perfect for when you feel a cold is coming on. It works a treat for me every time. It certainly shortens the cold period for me and my partner. However, as the amound one has to take, it is quite steep to do so. It is easy to spend £50 in a very short time with 2 people taking it.

Easy to use as you just add hot water .

This is my go-to when I have a cold or flu, works really quickly and you can even feel a little energy boost. I've noticed it does lesson the duration of colds and flus. Wonderful product.

I'm not going to say you can't taste the echinacea. But I WILL say that, as someone who gags at the flavour of echinacea, this helped immensely! The elderberry is a wonderful pairing as its also quite medicinal.I'd recomend having this as a shot, with the recommended spoonful along with enough hot water to fill to the brim. The more you dilute it, the more the echinacea will come through so I find having a hot, concentrated shot is much better.
