Overall product is good. But after using only for 10 days the area near stitching starting torn apart as seen in picture. So I don't think this product is for long lasting.

This knee cap is great for the gym since it gives my knees more stability and lessens the strain when I'm doing certain workouts. The fabric is elastic and breathable. Increases comfort and makes wearing it for long periods of time easier. All in all, it's a really good investment.

I had minor injury while workout.i was not able to walk properly .when I visited to doctor he suggested this knee brace .it fits so well and gives nice support while walking.it is effective in pain relief and stay in place during walking or running

Ordered this for my mom. She's been using this since last year. Velcro is strong, this gives support too but causes itching on her skin. So she has to wear something which makes the skin contact impossible
