Great toothbrush that you get so many replacement heads for. Already had charge so only needed 5 mins for full charge. Took a while to work out the different settings but getting the hand of it, it’s quick a pleasant feeling, unlike some that you feel are ripping your gums to shreds. Marked down the one star due to searching how to turn the light on for the head, as picture seems to suggest, it doesn’t light up, I thought it was an ultraviolet light for whitening, this I feel was a bit of false advertising. However really nice brush and great piece of kit, especially for the price

Poor quality

The first one arrived with no charging cable which is not a great start, It feels very lightweight and the bristles are quite soft but when they're moving 40,000 times per second that's possibly no bad thing. You do get nine heads which slightly eases any anxiety at not being able to find new ones when the time comes. Not the most premium looking or feeling toothbrush you can buy but the price is excellent. It's just a shame that their quality control doesn't stretch to checking that all the required parts are in the box. Thankfully Amazon makes returning the product easy while the item is still new.I have faith that it will work well, eventually.
