Selenium 200mcg and Zinc 15mg Supplement | Hair Skin and Nails Support | Immune System | by Oxford Vitality

I’m (I like to think) a young 64. I have chronic migraine and vertigo and take supplements to support me. In addition so appear to have reached the age where my nails are very brittle and my hair is thinning.Nothing miraculous but after using this supplement for a around 3 weeks I have noticed that my nails are finally starting to grow without splitting at the end of my fingers and my hair is not falling out in handfuls. The tablets are tiny and very easy to take and I’m also using the Riboflavin as a supplement for chronic migraine.I like the idea of Oxford Vitalities ethos they are made here in the UK and they come in sturdy resealable packets which has to be better than plastic.

The tablets are very small it contains zinc as well, easy to swallow, doesn’t have any after taste. Good for nails , skin and hair. I have been taking one a day for few months now and I am seeing the results

A small pill that’s easy to swallow! Had a good impact in a few weeks that I’ve been using. As a male consuming this supplement, there’s a lot of benefits outside of hair and nails that I’ve noticed. Will buy again!

I bought this as I have Hashimoto’s disease and I need extra selenium in my diet, and zinc as well, and when taken together is better for absorption. The pills are very small and I had not problem in taking them. I noticed my nails getting stronger straight away, and now they are actually long, as per photo. I 100% recommend this

I haven't been using this product, but was advised by the doctor to try this out as I have tried so many other products for thinning hair. The only thing I didn't like was that they came in an envelope which was opened by my dog whilst I was at work. The tablets were scattered everywhere and thankfully after picking them all up and counting them, they were all there. I think for safety purposes they should be in a sealed container.

There are so many supplements to choose from on Amazon alone, it can be a bit overwhelming! I chose this one as I take a high dose biotin, but didn't want to miss out on the zinc and selenium and so many of the skin/hair/nails include all three. I'm also taking MyOva which has inositol in it, also included in the multi tablets. These tablets are absolutely tiny! Very easy to take and I love the packaging which seems very eco-friendly to me. Nice to support a British company also. I can't attest to its effectiveness yet as I haven't been taking it long but I have high hopes!

The product description is for a pack of 365 yet the product received is only 120 tablets. Another reviewer had the same experience a month ago so clearly this is misleading advertising.Avoid.
