had to adjust the seal
the ring that goes to the top part i had to put sand paper on a impact socket and sand the center down so it would fit. if i didn't sand it, it wouldn't go back together. i ended up replacing other parts too but this is a great deal

The drum removal is no joke; use some draino
Quick find; the drum was insanely stuck like many others reported, so after removing the agitator, and bolting the transmission back down to the drum, I poured in some pipe cleaner and let the water fill up to just below the bolt block that holds the drum to the transmission. Left it for a few hours, gave it a 'spin cycle,' to drain, and the drum was easily removed.
