Profuct arrived on Time via Blue Dart. And the chair was extremely well packed and assembly instructions were given too. It took 40 mins to assemble by myself and once done the chair was super comfortable and feels durable with the metal base. I HAD an issue with the height of the chair as im 6 foot tall hence the company sent me an entire new chair with the corrected height Gaslift which was insane since i used chairs from brands like greensoul monster and Cellbell Transformer series but both had certain defects such as the reclining function or loose armrests. This chair showed none of the issues mentioned above and was extremely comfortable too do mind that the seat has side bolsters that do touch your thighs but the padding more than makes up for it. And since the company is offering 3 years warranty, I have no worries for the future as Kepler Brooks has already shown me their level of customer service which i must say is extremely good. I highly recommend thus chair if your looking for a chair in the 13k price range as others wont have the features or customer service that this chair and brand offers. I really look forward to purchasing more products in the future.

I bought an Atlas chair for work from home. It broke thrice in five months.Vendor tried to be very helpful at all times.As a replacement I was given Italia model but of lower than needed seat height.Wish the vendor offered more reliable products and service.

I rarely write positive review. This is one of those time when I am extremely happy with customer service. My chair arrived before time and mostly assembled. I just had to attache the wheels to the base and attache the piston. But after doing that, one of the wheel was not touching the ground properly. Keplar Brooks contacted me before delivery and gave me the assembly instruction. So I called the number. They promptly responded and heard my concern. Asked me to share a video. Next day they dispached a new wheel base helped me through disassembly. I love it when brands have dedicated customer support and resolve things this quickly. Product is great as well.

Design of the chair is good. They have taken care all the aspects. Hand rest, back rest adjustments are really good.The assistance for installation by videos and follow up for registering the product for warranty is appreciableThe build quality is not worth the price paid. Fabric and stitching could have been better. The cushioning thickness also could have neen better.Overall good design which has to be handled with care due to poor build quality, after paying hefty amount

Received the chair ahead of time and also got a call from Kepler about installation and delivery status. Assembly was reasonably easy. Have been using the chair regularly and it is quite comfortable. Only suggestion is to make the base even sturdier, as some times when you pull forward real fast, the base might lift. Overall excellent and support from the team has been great.

The media could not be loaded. After using 6 month I'm changing the review, back support is not good of this chair.The head support is very bad quality it's not supportive, it's screw is very loose and there is no option to tight it.I have ask for support from product owner, there is no response.
