Beautiful Pepsi Mako II
This is one of those purchases that has exceeded my expectations. I've had this Mako II nearly a week and time keeping is fantastic, can't say I've noticed any inaccuracies over this period. Charge to the movement lasts no problem. Easily as good a movement as the Seiko equivalent (e.g. NH35). The watch case sits on my wrist as comfortably as any other I have, and feels solid without in any sense being a chunky peice. In fact it's my new daily. The bezel operates with no stickiness and the pepsi insert is a real eye catcher. The hands are my preferred style and not attempting to mimic any of the other nose bleedingly expensive watches. The red accent on the second hand sets off the face and stands out with the Pepsi bezel insert.Lume seems average but i have not really charged it up. It does seem less outstanding than seiko lume though. The crown is admittedly slightly fidly but nothing remotely near a deal breaker. I wear this as a daily and will not need to keep adjusting (especially as it keeps great time). When I did initially set the time it was fine to adjust the date and day and it just felt a but fidly to pop and screw back in but the wind function is no problem.Bracelet easy to adjust and good enough quality at this price. I like the way the bracelet blends into the watch case and does not gap. Finally the blue face and numerical indecies make the watch very easy to read and presents and very clean and classic look in my opinion.Fantastic watch, worth chipping up to this price point from the various lower budget brands and without a doubt it feels, looks and behaves as a quality time piece. Go for it!

Good quality
I go through what feels like I do Costa coffee after trying to read about the make I thought it would be worth a purchase just out of curiosity I was pleasantly surprised the outer box which was well decorated and then to the watch most important thing off all is it worth the money definitely is it well made for the money and does it come up to the standards it says so I will be very easily to adjust the bracelet which is solid stainless steel and pretty well decorated as you will see on the photograph but not overdone the dial plain simple without a lot of writing that takes the whole of the face up very simple very straightforward so I never wear an automatic watch for at least 2 days as a once it is set up I want to make sure that it is running + or - 1-minute per day simply because the watches is well under£200 I like the fact that it's got a screw in crown but it also has crown guards which is quite a nice touch the dial is very simple black with reasonably good illumination in the dark I was quite surprised and also having the day and date is a little bit of a bonus it's a reasonable size of round about 42 mm from crown to edge water resistant yes without a shadow of a doubt but will only find that out when it falls over the side of the boat and drops down about 40 meters in the hope that I can recover it so I give this watch five stars something because it's well made there is no rough edges anywhere are not even on the clasp which was very surprising because normally they like razor blades at times on watches for the last 36 hours it has kept very good time indeed with very little variation in seconds over a day and a half definitely good value for money good looking watch and comfortable to wear are are the back casing of the watch is nice fine and simple with discrete model number where it's made and all the rest of it with a little holographic sticker and after reading found out that they are made by the Seiko watch group well that puts it in a different category as it looks a lot more expensive than what it actually costs

Fantastic value for money
Good value watch, Bought this one as a kick about watch. My requirements:* inexpensive* automatic so I don't need to worry about a battery* Hack movement* Good water resistance* Standard lug width so I could change out the straps* Day and date function* Luminous hands and hour markers* Rotating bezel* Reputable manufacturer with good reliability* Doesn't look like it was made in someones shed with a hacksawThis ticked all those requirements so far, I'll monitor the accuracy for a while, but at the moment it is keeping fairly reasonable time at +12 seconds per day which I can live with, at some point I may open it up and regulate it to see if the accuracy can be improved. In terms of looks, it's not bad, it isn't spectacular so doesn't look like a £2,000 watch, equally it does not look like a £120 watch either, The finish is very good for the price point, highly polished and brushed finished on the case, no ugly machining marks definitely on par in terms of finishing with middle of the road makers quality. The lume markings work well throughout a whole night and are clear and unmistakeable (no confusing hour hand with minute hand). The rotating bezel is positive and lacks any play. The crown carries the makers logo which is a nice touch. Day and date are clearly visible and easy to adjust. The crown is a little on the small side and can be tricky to wind and screw down. The metal bracelet is ok, the end links aren't solid, but for this price well worth the money, the clasp is fold over and button retained giving great security.Overall this watch is terrific value, seriously chuffed with the quality and features, highly recommended.

Almost brilliant!
Fantastic value for money, really good finishing, the dial looks very crisp with its matt black finish, hollow end links fit well so no rattle on the bracket, very comfortable. Only downsides, pressed clasp ewwh! and crown is a little small and not comfortable to screw in and out. But otherwise great watch, if your interested in one just pull trigger you'll love it
