Bought to repair my 20 year old compressor
Bought to repair my small 20 year old compressor. I fitted the connections with ptfe tape (which I already had). The gauges are a bit cheap and plastic so don't over tighten them, but for the price it's a good deal and works as it should.

Generic Amazon /eBay part
Quality is adequate. Valves and regulator feel a bit cheap, but gauges look nice. Butchered for parts and bought separate condor switch elsewhere.Be careful to see if fit of discharge tube is compatible with pressure switch- it's screw fit... Also you'll need some good quality PTFE tape to assist fitting.

Pressure regulator leaks
Seems well enough made, fitted easily. The two air taps are a bit flimsy, but work ok. But the pressure regulator leaks, meaning the compressor cycles on and off every few minutes even when no air is being used. Annoying.

Good value, and it works well too
I was pleased to find it to be a standard fitting/thread to almost all hobby/DIY compressors. It was cheap enough for me to buy the whole thing just to get the outlet fitting that I needed.

replacement on a compressor
This was used as a straight replacement for an identical-looking unit on my compressor, with the useful addition of a regulator valve. The original I had was damaged ( split output connection ). The things I'd recommend is some sealing paste ( I used the Draper fluid & gas sealer ) because you can't guarantee how tight the connections are in order to have them straight when mounted.

Has always leaked a bit and has now stopped working.
Always use liquid PTFE on the threads as it will stop them leaking, it's great stuff. On my regulator the taps with the red knobs leak so the compressor kept cutting in even when not in use, I tried them both ways round with no difference so I fitted another quick fit hose outlet for my air line and sealed the taps up using liquid PTFE. All was good for a few weeks but now the regulator has stopped working so it no longer passes any air but because I've glued the taps shut I can't return it (my own fault but hay I'm an engineer so I do crazy stuff).
