Liquid Chlorophyll with Natural Spearmint oil (476 ml)

I bought this supplement after reading about the benefits to your skin, energy, circulation and cellulite, and mood in a health book and decided to invest. I add a teaspoon to every bottle of water I drink along with a teaspoon of the 'raw apple cider vinegar' I purchased from amazon and although its not the nicest thing to drink (the apple cider vinegar more so than this) the benefits I've seen in my skin and all of the above have been worth it so this is now part of my daily routine and will continue to be for the foreseeable future! I get alot of questions when I'm out or at the gym if I have this in my bottled water, it does look a bit like pond water! Ha but it certainly doesn't taste like it, it's minty and leaves your breath really nice and fresh! It is a bit pricey but it lasts for ages so don't be put off! I also highly recommend a spirulina supplement to go alongside this which is plant based too. My son occasionally asks for this 'plant blood' in his water too and likes the taste and he is fussy! Highly recommend!

Ok, to be honest I’ve not seen many benefits after finishing my second bottle, no difference in skin, body odour or energy levels.. but, I was literally craving this stuff!! It became like a ritual for me!! I’d have a glass on an empty stomach each morning and about half hour before bed every evening. I would just add it to water and drink through a straw so it doesn’t stain my teeth... the flavour is grassy with a hint of mint and being stored in the fridge made it nice and refreshing! Helped me up my water intake so that’s always a benefit:)I did notice that in the beginning my hair grew faster.. but that’s it! I’m on my third bottle now👍🏼

I've used a lot of different brands and types of chlorophyll and highly believe in the benefits-particualrly as a body deodoriser and keeps the body alkaline. this is a good product, only downfall is that it leaks and almost stains your fridge when the lid is close as it doesn't always snap shut. The flavour is very pleasant and i leave it at work and drink it everyday once i get in. i wish there were more products like this available in stores as i always seem to have to order it online!

No problem tastes similar to most - slight peppermint taste! It's only 5mg per serving and I need around 150mg/day so it wouldn't last long.Nice product nonetheless! Suitable for people who want 10mg chlorophyll a day

Edit: I actually realised I use more than 15 drops, more like just short of a tablespoon - but like anything you should (if you wish) gradually build your way up/increase dose.Really clean refreshing taste, enjoy taking it daily. I add approx 15 drops to a chilled glass of mineral water with a slice of fresh lemon and sometimes some fresh mint and for me it's almost like a non-alcoholic mojito minus the ice. The only downside is the bottle packaging gets very messy, the liquid tends to leak around the bottle cap, also upon closing the plastic lid some of the chlorophyll has managed to very lightly "splash" onto my white top which is now unfortunately stained. I think it would be far better to get rid of the plastic packaging and also have it in a bottle with a decent dropper rather than the messy lid. Infact I put some in a travel size glass bottle dropper and found it to be far better. In terms of health difference, I have some underlying health issues so for me it takes more than just this to correct, however I am aware that chlorophyll is a super nutrient, I have read up on it's benefits so I enjoy taking it and would prefer to take than not. Besides an improvement on the packaging it would be great if this was organic?

So i’ve been using this for almost two weeks. Can’t say I’ve noticed any difference at all - but appreciate it’s early to tell. Will continue taking it as in my head, I feel like I must be doing something good. The taste is pleasantly nice, which makes it easy to continue. A light mint flavour!
