Whjt a sports insole - highly recommeded - Cant fault it!
I have to say I normally do not leave reviews/ feedback buwith this purchase I just had to! I do a lot of road running in week i do say between 40-60ks a week sometimes more. As you can imagne it takes it toll on your legs... but with these they give your great supprt on the archs and gives you confidence that you can run with them on great feeling!! Also the running pain is less with these - great product I shall be buying a few more for the 3/4 Half Marathons I will be doing this year.Fits like a glove, already used it for a few 10k races and the Cardiff World Half Marathon ;-p

Comfortable and definitely help with sore feet after hours of standing and walking
I spend most of a 12 hour shift standing or walking and that can lead to very sore feet. These insoles are definitely helping. I still have sore feet sometimes after a shift but there is a noticeable improvement. The cushioning effect is nice, but not distracting (you don't feel as if you are walking on springs).Trimming down to size is simple and the insoles fit well when correctly sized. Be careful not to cut too much off initially, using the insoles from your shoes as a template is a good idea, but if you are planning to swap between different shoes watch out for them being different shapes.

Very good price and very good product
Having bought other insoles from differant makers I have to say that these, so far, are the best. They have more Gel Sections in the right areas and are softer overall. With my other ones, after awhile, I was getting pain underneath my small toe (or "little piggy") which was increasing because the insole had gone hard in that area. Obviously, if you do a lot of walking, like me, then insoles will not last to long and should be renewed as they do get worn and some flatten out. These insoles are very soft and work well, so much so, that I have ordered another set.

Great... BUT they slip and move around a lot
*** UPDATE: I have now replaced these with similar gel insoles from Aldi at £2. These fit perfectly without any cutting and do not slip in the shoe. They do not offer as much cushioning but it is enough even for playing squash, maybe won't last as long though. ***I am size 9, I had to cut quite a lot off to make them fit well in my squash shoes. So I guess even size 11 would be ok.Positives:- amazing support and cushioning, feels great when playing squash- has fixed my problem with blisters and excess dead skin on ball of feetNegatives:- moves around in the shoe. After about 20 mins of playing, usually one of the insoles has folded over on itself and I have to take the shoe off to fix. I can ignore it and play on but I worry about impact on my balance and loss of cushioning. I have tried to fix this by superglueing the sole to the shoe but it did not work. I have also recut the insoles to make them fit perfectly inside but again this didnt fix the issue. So I am giving 3 stars because I think these should be designed with a more grippy bottom side to prevent movement. I also have some memory foam insoles which I got from Aldi for £1.80 and actually they do not have the problem with slipping/moving (and feel warmer) though I haven't tried them in my squash shoes.

A fraction of the price with the same effectiveness...
I do not understand how companies like Scholl can charge around £25 for what could hardly be simpler- a flat piece of plastic gel. And I don't believe they have lots of labs and scientists developing their product! These ones seem perfectly adequate to me and quite comfortable. A pain in my right heel has now disappeared which might not be due to the insoles, but they have helped while the foot recovered. I suppose they might not last as long as the branded version but we'll see.

Very comfortable
I like these as they go up to a very large size , they stay in place inside the shoes (or as I also used wellies) very well and don't move about . I was concerned that they would feel a bit squishy under the feet but they did not . 5 hours of walking in a pair of wellies with these and my feet were fine . Easy to cut down with a pair of scissors .

Very comfortable to wear
Very comfortable to wear, but no arch support which I do need as I have high arches. Fit wide shoes well unlike some others I have tried, for some reason one insole will not stay in place and keeps sliding up the side of my foot at the heel. As with all things they will suit some people and others will find them of no use, much depends on your personal circumstances. They are good quality but for me I need arch support.

Not for me.
Not great at all. The insoles don’t stay fixed and slide around in the shoe. I’ve tried mine in boots and 3 pairs of shoes and no success to keep them still. The cover separated from the gel on the 3rd or 4th wear. They’ve made my feet sweat which they don’t usually do in cotton socks. Most annoyingly (not sure if connected) I’ve started to suffer with heel pain since I started using these. Very disappointed as I wanted to get away from cheap foam insoles. I’m going back to what worked for me comfort wise and hope the pain goes too!
