The pot appears to be made well and seems sturdy. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that the bottom is concaved 1/8 of an inch, preventing it from sitting flat on an electric burner. The lack of surface contact with the burner results in a much longer time needed to bring liquid to required temperatures.

this bain-marie is okay does not show any rust after I wash it, but the only thing is that it has no handles so its not all comfortable when its hot and you have to empty out liquids from it . I think they should make them with handles, it will be much safer.
