As it says in the title. Forget supermarket brands. These brownies are the best you will ever make. So easy to make. Add 75/80ml of water and oil which has been mixed with an egg and stir into dry mix. It takes minutes and they cook perfectly every time. 150c for 55 mins for gooey perfection. A tip. Leave them to cool in the oven. That way you'll get a better crisp while still maintaining a lovely goopy centre.

These literally are so easy to make and are the best brownies you will ever of tasted. Im not keen but i make these for family and friends and all of them say they are the best they have eaten

Super easy to make!

Discovered these in my mum's cupboard one day and took the packet home to try. I had doubts but oh my there were good. I confess I bought my first packet during COVID lockdown. OMG - so speedy to make and so far no one has realised I'm making them from a packet and not from scratch. They taste excellent, texture is perfect. And you can add extra bits like left over easter/halloween/christmas chocolates. I guess it's cheaper making them from scratch but oh the joy of just producing these with one dirty bowl and no pfaffing about melting chocolate in the microwave. Now I just have a pack in the cupboard (like mother like daughter) and can whip up brownies like magic.

It is quite complicated to get hold of Ghirardelli's products in the UK, so when I saw these brownie mixes, I didn't hesitate long!!! And oh did they delivered :-D I made the first 2 batches accordingly to the instructions on the box. They were tasty for sure.However, following some tips I found online, I did the 2 remaining batches and replace the oil with butter and adding an extra egg, and the result was amazing!!! They tasted even better and had this proper gooey texture that only homemade brownies normally have. I'll get another box and make some more for the holidays season for sure :-)

Have been the biggest fan of these brownies since my uni days! 10 years and a ton of recipes and boxed brands later and I still come back to these as the best brownies I can make at home! I don't normally bother with reviews, but these deserve a shout out! I love adding in things like rolos or walnuts to make them super fancy, but even on their own they are premium tasting! My go-to for a hassle free, tasty dessert!
