This is a really nice belt, especially at the pricepoint. Very stiff for a lot of support during heavy squats and deadlifts. Can be used as the wide belt for heavy lifting, or as the narrow belt alone for smaller lifts like seated dumbbell press. Great piece of safety kit.

Im a size waist 38" originally bought the L, it was super tight, I was able to wear it but it was not comfortable, returned it for the XL which says it's sizes 40-45, now the belt fits like a glove i'm able to secure it and adjust it withou it feeling uncomfortable, before the velcro would lock but there was a gap, i couldn't overlap the belt ends, now with the XL i'm able to overlap the belt ends. Overall the belt is sexy AF gives maximum support for those A$$ to the ground deep squats.

I have a back injury that hasn't allowed me to go as heavy as I would like when squatting.. last week I tried to do 405 without a belt n my back pinched really bad. After decompressing it was fine. I was only able to hit a set of 7 before lowering down to 365 for my last 3 sets. Today, I hit 405 for 2 sets of 10 followed by 365 for 2 sets of 12 and my form felt better. No back pain either. What I loved most was that it felt like it kept my quads under load better n I got a great workout. My last belt didn't feel like it had this much support and narrower too. This is exactly what I needed. So happy I got this one. Such great price too. Easy on off with the velcro and love the olive green color. Wish they had the camo in my size, but maybe I'll order that one when it's back in stock

The belt is good quality and will support your back well. Order a size bigger. It fits in the size range but not a lot of room to work with. The belt does come with an extra Velcro moral patch which is cool!

Great product, very useful.

So I needed this while working for a few months to repair a damaged parquet floor. The tiles were all loose and then the room needed sanding. This was the ultimate back-breaking work. I ordered 2 belts, one for me and one for my hubby. These are so light, comfortable and very supportive. After 3 months of crawling around on the floor to drill holes, inject glue under each tile, hand sand with a belt sander (3 different grits), stain, seal and varnish, I can tell you that this belt was a life-saver and a blessing. I never felt hot while wearing it. For me, the interchangeable patches were unnecessary but if you are a bodybuilding geek, you might get a kick out of them. I did find myself ripping off the patches sometimes while trying to open the belt. I never looked down, I just felt for the release and ended up with a patch in my hand. I bought the olive green for me (beautiful color), and the black for my husband. I used a shop vac to remove the sawdust and the belts look great. The fact that you can remove the back support is a plus. I would recommend these belts.
