Vaude Bicycle Helmet Rain Cover - Breathable, Windproof & Waterproof Helmet Cover, Reflective Bike Helmet Cover, Environmentally Friendly Water-Repellent with Eco-Finish

I am using this with an adult Giro Monza cycle helmet. The outside diameter of this helmet is 77 cm/30 inches. The Vaude cover easily fits over this helmet and tightens down with the elasticated tie and sprung toggle.The ends of the elasticated ties are joined together with a smooth plastic seal. The excess of the elasticated tie dangles down my neck but is not uncomfortable in any way. The cover itself is cut to accommodate a helmet with a peak. With my helmet, this shaping folds under the edge of the helmet as the elasticated tie tightens to hold the cover to the helmet. When putting the helmet on I need to make sure that the toggle doesn't trap inside the headband and remains outside of the helmet rim at the back.The material used is similar to that of a waterproof coat, a nylon surface outer backed with a waterproof coated inner. The material is thin and flexible. The reflective areas are very discreet. When removed from the helmet the cover packs down to the size of a handkerchief.I'm pleased to have bought this cover and it serves my purpose.

This is a brilliant rain cover to stop the rain going through my helmet and wetting my hair. Good quality rain cover, fits my helmet snugly. Useful to have the drawstring for adjustment.

As you'd expect from German company Vaude, an excellent product and very good value for a tenner. Folds down small so always be kept in the cycling bag, and fits standard helmets well. Waterproof and also adds a bit of insulation on cold days. Firs well with stretchy rim and elasticated draw cord

I cannot say I'm looking forward to using this as that would mean I'm cycling in the rain :) But if I have too, then I will be very glad that I bought this.The cover is well made, and I think it looks good. It was very easy to fit to my cycling helmet, it fitted over the front visor easily, and I know it will do it's bit to help keep me dry.

Easy to use, visible, fits on multiple helmets

Purchased Nov 2014 and still going strong. No need to pay for an expensive helmet cover as this exceeds expectations. Fits a muddy fox bike helmet very well with no loose bits. Head doesn't get very sweaty after an hour in the rain.

Neat enough to stash in your jersey pocket and very effective at keeping your head warm and dry. The black colour and styling makes the appearance acceptable and not like you're wearing a hotel shower cap on top of your helmet
