It is a cheap but very cheerful parasol - if you don't expect the world for under a tenner - you'll love it! . . .It is lightweight - the carry bag is rubbish (but it does the job!) - it's not gigantic but it is big enough for a standard garden patio set with a 90cm table that seats four.The colours are brilliant and really pop in the sunshine. The inside or underneath of the material does have a silver coat to it which I presume gives the stated UV protection as stated in the description blurb. It appears to work anyway!The pole - is decent enough - has a pointy end and can easily be driven into sand or garden lawn. The ribs feel good and the locking mechanism to adjust the height works well. Yes, it tilts! Although I personally never use this.If it gets windy/blowy I imagine it'll take off like something out of Mary Poppins so make sure it's fixed to a parasol base or in the ground well.For a tenner or less I honestly cannot see any problems with this. If it lasts three summers I'll have it until 2022!Not bad at all!

Colourful lightweight parasol ideal for a small patio when there is little wind. Looks bright and smart and comes with a cover. The parasol tilts to obtain the correct angle to give shade from the sun. Good value for money and will fit into a plastic base.

This sun parasol is excellent, easy to assemble, a perfect size with lovely vibrant colours, lightweight to take anywhere, great spf proofed, worth every penny, great fast delivery, im very pleased with this product.

To be honest mine came damaged so I had it at a reduced price. I had to put a cane/stick inside one tubular section to support it as it had a dent. But now it's pretty sturdy. I bought a heavyweight base so it's all okay. Worth the money I suppose as it wasn't,t expensive.. good tip tho for any one like these, Line each pole with a cane to make it more sturdy....

For the price, this is excellent. The pole is rather slim and it rattles around in the hole in the table and my stand so I've had to tape it to make it fit. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it and it's good value for money. It gives good sun protection and the tilt action is brilliant. Not very sturdy but what can you expect from the price. A colourful addition to the garden.

Brightens up my concrete back yard and I feel will be a good asset once the sun decides to come out again :(. Good value for money in comparison with other brands. However, it will not be heavily used and will be stored away during inclement weather as it is not weatherproof. Perfect if you don't want to spend too much

I bought the same product 5 years ago and that is how long it lasted before I've had to replace . Excellent product great to keep sun off .
