Authentic German Taste
I tried to make traditional Liebkuchen for the first time ever at Christmas and ordered this blend with the hope it'd match my memories of those I experienced with my German Nana and Tantes every year. This is the closest I've experienced as the shop bought ones just aren't the same as those I had years ago. I just need to make some plum jam now as apricot is wrong!

I bought this product in the faith it was going to give me that panache needed to secure my victory in the annual family gingerbread competition.I regret to say I came last, I suppose thats my fault for entering lebkuchen into a gingerbread competition, but its Christmas!BUT! everyone said it was delicious, so If your after a delicious Christmassy bake then I highly recommend you buy this product.However If your wanting to make gingerbread then this isnt that, buy ginger.
