This is a great product - I add it to my morning cocoa. It's delicious. It is powdered coconut with the coconut oil left in it, it is not a dry freeze-dried powder. Keep it in the fridge. As with all powders, add it before pouring in boiling water otherwise it will not dissolve properly. It probably won't dissolve if used with cold liquids.

I use coconut milk in tea and coffee taste really nice lovely flavours I'll buy it again but it's not cheap.

Very good product. Comes a bit not so nice as big clogs of powder and uts addictive! Ordered my 3rd bag and will go for more.

I chose this product against others bcz it’s organic. Other than that, the flavour is good and it’s a versatile kitchen cupboard staple.

Very simple and versatile. No issues with this item. Exactly what it says on the description. I add to cereals and add cool boiled filtered water and mix as I can't consume animal products now and haven't been able to for many years.

Ive been using this organic coconut milk powder for years. The organic version used to have a lovely fluffy texture with a rich coconut scent. The taste was always wholesome and earthy and the powder was a very high quality. In fact, this was the best coconut milk powder I'd ever discovered. But lately Ive noticed the powder is gritty, clumpy and no longer fluffy. It feels like they have changed something and I always wonder if the maltedextrin percentage has been increased. This stuff used to mix really easily and really well but now it just doesn't mix as well at all. I will be looking for an alternative once this pack has finished. What a shame.Edit:It looks like I was correct. I just noticed it says 'Ingredients: 92% organic coconut milk and 8% organic maltodextrin'.It used to be 97% organic coconut milk powder and 2.5% organic maltodextrin!

This coconut powder is nice to have in the cupboard as a either a backup for when you run out of coconut milk or as a way of adding it to a dry mixture. The taste and texture are highly dependent on how much water you add (I.e. little water = thick and creamy, lots of water = thin and watery). I do think, however, that this powder produces a slightly less creamy final product compared to from a tin, but it is convenient to have around.Ever since finding out about the 'use' of monkeys by a lot of companies in coconut harvesting (do a search online if you don't already know), I've been careful about what companies I purchase coconut products from, and thankfully this company seems to be one of the good ones!
