I by this electric heated and I am very happy my hand and mouth don't small tabacco...and I reduced significant smoking per day,, very ecomonic and mor clean very good quality and value

Lovely stuff- except it stops working after a few months.
It's the second device that failed - red light, switches off. Neafs is great overall but buying a new tool every few months make it all go wrong... My husband switched from cigarettes fully when discovering neafs, he likes them way more than IQOS, but being forced to buy a new device so often is a big disappointment.... Please do make it better? Tea works perfectly as a substitute, you've got a great product, please improve the device!
