Works with Ruger RXM
For those looking for an RXM holster, this one fits. Seems to be very high quality, haven’t used it yet. Pretty standard design, so the comfort of Kydex. I believe the retention can be made tighter, but it is okay as is in my opinion.

Nice - Steel Clip Should Last Longer than Plastic
This holster is well-designed and well-constructed. Wing at rear keeps the butt close to body for maximum concealment and comfort. Steel clip is strong and should be durable. Sweat shield a plus. Holster covers mag release so that it cannot be inadvertently operated.I tried the same brand and model of holster for the S&W shield Plus but the holster was flexible enough that the magazine could be released inadvertently (pity - returned).

Comfortable holster - poor grip on p365
This is one of the more comfortable holsters I own. It’s very low profile and sleek and well built, but it will not grip my 365 very well at all. It will click in but fall right out as soon as I turn over the holster. I’ve tried tightening down the screws but the kydex sheet just won’t hold.
