Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic with 'Mother' - 1000ml (33.8oz) Natural Raw Unfiltered Plastic Bottle

I have purchased ACV before from a different supplier and was happy with it until I received this one. This product is a very high quality, thus, it works much more effectively. We use ACV for many things but the most important use to us is it's ability to completely eradicate our son's hay fever symptoms.His hay fever has worsened progressively since he was about 4 years old, he is now 14. As each year went by, he developed new symptoms and those he already had worsened. It all started with a runny nosy, then runny and itchy nose, then runny, itchy nose with sticky eyes, then runny, itch nose, sticky eyes and repeated sneezing and so on. By the age of 8, after only 2 years of over the counter antihistamines, they stopped working. He got so bad that year that he had to receive medical attention for his breathing. He was given a steroid inhaler and prescription antihistamine. Since then we have been alternating between over the counter and prescription antihistamine. His hay fever starts in February and ends around October-November so he has less than 3 months where he is free from symptoms and we were not happy with the thought of him having to take antihistamine for 3/4 of the year for the rest of his life.After extensive research into the uses of ACV we decided to give it a go. We are absolutely over the moon with how well ACV works and of course don't have to worry about any negative effects on his body. The first time he drank it, he was suffering quite badly that morning, he said that he could feel his symptoms easing as he drank!!! Now I call that amazing, absolutely amazing. As long as he takes a dose of ACV every morning and evening he is symptom free, unlike the synthetic stuff that would wear off by the morning.As I said before the quality of this ACV is very good, you can see the 'mother' present in the vinegar and the liquid is a good dark colour, it is also the most competitively priced ACV I have found in the UK. Really high quality product, great service from Bobby's Healthy Shop and I feel great! I've been taking ACV for about 6 months now and am feeling the best I've ever felt.After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 5 years ago, I've been actively trying to improve my health through diet and exercise. Although I've felt much better over the past few years, the ACV from Bobby has made me feel almost indestructible! I have loads of energy, clear skin, and the pain-related symptoms I used to suffer from are now a very rare occurrence. My immune system has greatly improved and I can't believe how good I feel!I myself really don't have a problem with the taste - I actually find it quite enjoyable in warm water each morning and I almost feel the clensing, detoxing effect as I drink. As with most things, the more water you add, the more diluted the taste will be, if you're having trouble getting past the vinegar taste.If you're interested in improving your health through natural remedies and whole foods, I also recommend Bobby's Super Greens powder for added alkalizing health benefits (to take in water or juice separately of course...I can't imagine how awful that would taste combined with the ACV!!).

So far so good, I've been using this product for about a month no side effects , I had a twitch in my left eye and it has stopped since taking ACV.I just take a small amount with warm water everyday, the taste is a bit like cider funnily enough but it's easy to drink. Leaving it in the light on the window sill the 'mother' grows as you can see in the pictures.

I have been taking this vinegar for a couple of months. I put a tablespoon in a glass of water and drink it through a straw to avoid bathing my teeth in acid. I take this three times a day before meals. It has helped tremendously with acid reflux. I still get it if I eat too much junk food, but not as severely. I have found over the weeks that I really look forward to drinking it, and miss water without it. I also put it in my dogs water bowl, and they seem to drink more water than before. I will keep buying this brand as I think it must be one of the best, if not the best. I keep it on a windowsill to "grow" the mother. I know I lack stomach acid which is the main reason I started using it.Update....This amazing cider vinegar has been so useful for my dog's skin allergy. He gets itchy on one side and licks his skin until his coat turn a rust red from the salts in his saliva. He has little scabs where he licks. I have tried nearly everything to help him, including my poor insurance company spending well over one thousand having him tested. Came back with mite allergy. Odd it is just on one side though. Anyway I soak cotton wool with the cider vinegar and rub it into the itchy bits. I have probably only done this about three times and it has really worked, he has stopped licking his coat even though when I rub the skin with the soaked cotton wool he lifts lis foot to scratch. He is definitely looking better so I am going to do this twice a day instead of when I remember. My other dog, both GSDs by the way, has started getting hot spots all of a sudden. Vet gave her antibiotics saying they would come back if she didn't, which caused gut problems and cost me money buying probiotics to repopulate her gut. Anyway they have come back. She has a large one which has appeared overnight. I am having to put an Elizabethan collar on her when I am not at home. I have started her on the cider vinegar using soaked cotton wool. I am keeping my fingers crossed it works.

This was my first bottle which lasted about 3 weeks, whilst I feel a slight improvement to my wellbeing, have nothing miraculous to report. I do intend to buy the 5 ltr can, as not everyone responds quickly to the health benefits, so perhaps I need a longer time. The taste is very acidic, but persevere as you do get used to it.
