A very good varnish,not too thick or thin,can easily be brushed onto paintings.

Says what it does on the tin. This was good value when bought. Most Windsor & Newton products are first class!

Very pleased
I used it on an oil painting and it gave it a lovely shine it makes the colours more vibrant. Really happy. I will be careful next time to use a brush i dont like very much cause i had to use a lot of white spirit to clean it and it has kind of ruin the brush a bit.

Used for oil painting, works well!
It didn't really distort any colour and added a nice slight shine to it when in direct sunlight. Very solid and will prevent your paintings from being scratched.
