Hard to find a quality histamine @ the right dose. This one does the trick! Gentlemen over 50 - definitely helpful!

I've been pairing this histidine with beta alanine to boost carnosine levels. It's working as intended I hope. No negative side effects on my stomache. It's easy to swallow. And doesn't really effect mood, when paired with beta alanine it does.

I tried using these for a couple of trials and haven't noticed much of a difference. I originally hoped that it would help control my eczema but I didn't notice anything dramatic. It's possible that there is a certain duration of time before results will be noticably but there needs to be more research and guidance.

No difference noticed

Vitamins, minerals and trace elements are very important for the human body and should be included in the daily diet. But in my case I don't eat fruits and vegetables etc. every day to give my body what it needs. That's where this little booster comes into my game. Whenever I've thought this is one of those days and I can't give my body the important things it needs, I use one of these supplements. This type of extra dose is not a bad idea, especially for people such as smokers or athletes, but should not replace a healthy diet in everyday life! That's why it's called a dietary supplement! It's very hard to rate a product that doesn't give me an immediate benefit and I'm not a chemist but in this case I have to trust the manufacturers about the ingredients and at least it gives me a good feeling.
