Soap 72% Olive Oil 300 g - Maison de Savon de Marseille

It lathers well, smells pleasantly (for an olive soap) and it does not leave a sticky film on the hands as other natural soaps might do. It is lovely and I will order again.

The soap arrived and I nearly fainted from the smell. Very strong earthy smell. I was so disappointed. I washed my hands with it and thr smell wouldn't come off. I left it in the box for another week or 2 and took it out again and used it to take off stains from my babies clothes. (It's works like wonders!!! The stains come off like butter. Unbelievable!!!) After a few min I actually got used to the smell and you realise its just a very strong olive oil smell. The smell is still strong but first few seconds when you smell it for the first time, night be a bit too strong:)I highly recommend this product!! Especially to take stains off of clothes.

Solid blocks of soap. Lasts a long time.

This is a proper 'savon de Marseille' and as a French person, I remember since childhood our grandmas using this soap to wash babies, because it's natural and so good for the skin.I use for my face daily. Nothing else. No lotion, no moisturizer and my skin is soft with no wrinkle and look very glowing. I have many people around me who asked me about my face daily routine, they couldn't believe when I said it was just 'a soap' and expected me to tell them that I used tons of expensive chemical based 'beauty products'. Some of them very skeptical decided to try and after 2 weeks, couldn't believe their skin improvement and now recommend this soap to people around them...I can't do without this soap and not only this can be use for face, but for body, hair, baby, dish washing etc.. anything. It's brilliant!

I'm using this grated to wash my clothes. I think I possibly should have bought the white sort, but this actually works fine and I'm glad to wash my clothes without chemicals. Love it.

I try to buy natural products because of my husband's eczema. We have not tried this soap yet, so hard to say how it works with eczema, but it looks pretty. The scent is natural, earthy.

A little smaller than expected

Who's worried about scent, there's only one quality soap producing areas in this world, it lasts for; simply ages, very good lather, even @ the very end. The best hand Soap makers in the world are from Marseille; France, especially, this Brand, "Maison de Savon de Marseille" Brilliant!!!!!
