I installed this in my basement. It works wonders. No more digging. It saves water with 2 flushing options. Height is perfect. Makes some noise when the water is being pumped. Since the pump is behind my drywall, noise doesnt bother me much. All in all a great choice.

I had two different plumbing companies tell me I would not be able to put a bathroom in this garage addition due to the excavation costs. This toilet changed the game. My plumber knew how to install it and it was very easy to connect the shower, bathtub, and dual vanity sinks to it. FYI The vent is NOT optional. It says that it is, but it stinks if you do not install a proper vent through roof. Make sure your Plumber installs a vent. This toilet saved me thousands of dollars and I now have a very nice additional bathroom. Easy to hide behind the wall if you plan ahead. Other points…. it’s not that loud but you will hear a noise every time you turn the water on or flush the toilet. Best to use septic toilet paper to be safe.

These guys sent us a basement toilet that works well -- it is connected to a sink, a shower, and a kitchen sink area plus the toilet. It is relatively quiet and the pump lifts the sewage up 4 feet to the house sewage line exit.The company had made a mistake and forgot to send a part that allows the seat to be secured to the bowl. They quickly corrected the problem and send the right part. Everything is working well so far and I can recommend this brand of toilet.

Pump stopped working a year in. Email address comes back unreachable, and phone number on website is for a dentist’s office who is getting inundated with irate customers. If a legit company, is no one wondering why they aren’t getting any emails or phone calls? I think we are sunk. Product was really good until it wasn’t, now we have no support.

This is a quality unit. The plumbing was so very easy and the water design makes the flush very strong. I am very happy with the toilet and its design. It’s also nice that the reservoir is efficient water use.

Poor design for a toilet seat. Did not receive bolts for toilet seat and missing hose on flush valve. Poor instructions.

We Purchased the Superflo upflush Toilet 600W back in June or July because we are putting a bathroom in the basement. The toilet is working great but while my husband was doing something to the toilet he drop the lid on the toilet and broke it. I contacted the company to see how much a lid would be and they send me a new lid at no costs to us, it was our fault the lid got broken but they still sent a new one. NOW THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you Superflo!!
