Felt and saw the difference after three days of use, started with two pills a day only and worked my way up to four five days later and never felt better

I've supplemented my diet with D-AA in the past and believe that it has some sort of effect though I realize that the official verdict is still out on this. Anywho, I was accustomed to this amino acid coming in powdered form which I would usually mix a scoop with some water and gulp it down.... it doesn't necessarily have a terrible taste but I found it to be rather sour. That aside I qas delighted to find out that this product is actually individual capsules. A serving size is four capsules (see pic for size refernce) which I found rather easy to swallow in one go with some water. So far I have only been taking the recommended amount daily for three days and have no side effects to report. I will update this review as needed should that change. Overall these are a great value mostly because of the fact that you don't have to deal with the taste that powdered D-AA leaves in your mouth when consumed. Would definitely recommend!

I have no problem taking pills this large as long as it's one at a time. Some people may have a problem for these are large. There is no aftertaste to them. Three days in and nothing happened yet. Supplements take time to work (some up to a month before you see results). These are third party tested, non-GMO, and have good manufacturing practice. My bottle was dated 2 years from now so I know they are fresh. At $0.50 a day I say give them a try.A couple of tips for taking large pills:Put the capsules in your mouth and sip enough liquid to swallow them – but tilt your head forward before swallowing them!Another one is to take a bite of a cookie and chew it till it's mushy, put the pill in the mush and rinse it down with some milk.

The number of servings is not clear from the product description. The headline "D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) 3000mg | 200 Capsules" seems to imply that it contains two hundred 3000 mg servings. And the picture " WHAT'S INSIDE: OUR PREMIUM D ASPARTIC ACID CAPSULES CONTAINS 3000MG OF HIGH QUALITY....." seems to also support that interpretationIn fact, the jar does contain 200 capsules, but each capsule contains 750 mg of DAA and it takes 4 of these to equal 3000mg, meaning that the jar contains only 50 servings, rather than 200. I am still looking for some place either in the product description or on the jar that explicitly states there are only 750mg in each capsule, but it seems to be eluding me. I hope the seller could make quantities and servings much clearer at a glance for customers to make a more informed decision..I've been taking these for the past 10 days and have detected no discernible difference in my workouts, either positive or negative.

I ordered the D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) 3000mg supplement for my husband. He said the capsules don't have a taste, were easy to swallow and did not upset his stomach. In our family I usually get the supplements for us and he takes them no questions asked. However, this time when he looked at the bottle, he went to the internet and asked me if I knew that the primary function of this supplement was to increase sperm count. Lol. I thought it increased energy and would have the same effect as a product that increases testosterone.My husband has decided to give this supplement to our son who is getting married soon. Nice big bottle of pills that I have been taking for the last week. I just take four of these horse pills with my breakfast before heading out to work. Hoping that it will help improve my energy levels I have noticed a little improvement but who knows if that's a placebo effect.But overall great bottle of pills just wish they were a little more smaller. But they don't have a bad taste and no aftertaste either, so that's a plus.Came well packaged and in a sealed container. Would suggest to anyone to add to their daily supplement intake.

I've been meaning to try D-Aspartic Acid for a while now. I take these with food and GH-boosting supplements just prior to sleep after a few days of intense exercise, and I do notice the testosterone-associated difference in my sleep duration, recovery rate, protein needs, and vitality. I don't find these as "extreme" as DHEA supplementation (at least not at the doses I've tried), but they're a worthwhile alternative with which I'll continue to experiment.Given that the recommended dose is measured in grams, I'll probably switch to straight powder in the future.
