Amazing product, amazing price, and even more amazing customer service!
The media could not be loaded. I sell online and send out orders almost every day. Before, I used to use my ink printer, cut out each label, and tediously put tape over each label. It was such a difficult and unnecessary process. Even though I was skeptical investing into a label maker, I finally conceded. I did my research of the different label makers, but I finally chose this one, and there's no need to try any others. This was one of the best decisions I ever made to my business because using the LabelRange LP320 printer is quick, easy, and simple to use!I literally just read the manual, plugged it in, installed the driver onto my laptop, inserted the labels, and printed! It was that simple. I save about 15 minutes a day with the amount of orders I have, and that adds up to more than an hour each week. Not only that, but the product is one of the cheapest thermal label printers on the market, which my wallet appreciates! One of my favorite features of the labelrange is that it does NOT use ink. It's thermal, you'll never have to buy ink again to print labels. Also, it can continuously print one label after the other very quickly, which helps when I'm rushing out orders. If you're considering this product but aren't sure, give it a try because it's returnable and it even includes a 1 year warranty. If you don't like it, just return it. I'll be buying a 3-year add on warranty because I love this product and highly recommend it. Lastly, any questions I had before I purchased it, I simply contacted the customer service via text and they immediately responded to every one of my questions and even directed me to their newer model!I'll be updating the review if anything changes, but as of now, the labelrange label printer is one of the best additions to the success of my home business. Again, just try it!UPDATE*** April 20, 2021After leaving a product review, Labelrange sent me a complimentary label holder! It's a black sturdy holder that allows both flat lay labels or a roll of labels. In the photos, you can see that I attached my roll of 1000 labels. It works flawlessly and can print continually one after the other.UPDATE**** August 3, 2022I ran into some technical issues, so I texted the customer service number. They responded quickly even on a Sunday and were able to help me fix my issues. Later on, I ran into some more technical issues and reached out to them. They were so helpful and quick. They sent me a free printer since there was a small issue with mine. Definitely a company you can trust! Amazing customer service! Thank you Labelrange.

Worked in both Windows 11 and Linux Mint (ubuntu, fedora based)
THe product arrived extremely quickly, basically in a day and packaging was first rate. The printer itself is very solid, small but heavy and feels solid.Came with 100 bifold labels and a USB drive with software/drivers and even a USB to USB-C adaptor. For installing on Linux Mint (based on Ubuntu, Fedora), I just deployed (unzipped) the .gz files into a folder, and then went into the linux command prompt window and moved into the proper folder and ran the install.sh for the x86 driver, since my computer was X86 and not aarch based. THey also provide a "remove.sh" script but it was not executable, so if you accidently installed the wrong drive, you can just run the following "chmod +X remove.sh" and then "sudo ./remove.sh" and it will remove it just fine. So if for some reason the owner or permission in linux is wrong, be prepared to run a chown or chmod command. I didn't have to run either, except on the remove.sh script. After running the Linux "sudo ./install.sh script from inside the x86 driver folder" the printer showed up and and I was able to do select the printer, go to preferences and print a test page. I also found that I could test the sample pdf included on the usb drive, but I did have to select the 4x6 paper size as the default as print preview indicated that 8x5 x 11 paper was being used, so I selected 4x6 and the print preview looked correct. Then I clicked print and the sample label printed and the print speed is extremely fast.FOr win11 I ran the install from the USB drive included. No problems. I also went to the website and found an (optional?) software called LabelPrinterWindowsTool which I also installed and ran and it detected the printed and I ran a test print label and it also worked 1st try.Anyways, the quality is acceptable, but not 300dpi. Speed is amazing fast. I'm giving 4 stars for quality but only because the print looks a bit lower res compared to my laser printer output. I am guessing the $100 model probably looks better since its 300dpi rated, so if the print quality needs the extra quality, consider that model. For my use as an ebay shipping label printer, this will work just fine!I think for the money, I now have a label printer that works in both linux mint and windows 11.I did not get the bluetooth model, so no phone or bluetooth connectivity or app applies on this model. For the price paid, I am extremely impressed. THe manual and documentation included is colorful, clear and easy to understand. Good job labelRange.

Works well for Ebay but 3 - step process
It worked for us but it's not straightforward that I can tell. It takes a couple of steps to get them printed but they do work.

I am 55 and find this easy to install and use!
This is the one you want for printing address labels and more. I have returned 2 other label printers before finding this one. It is the only one for easy install and usage. Thank you so much! I love it!

A good buy
I had to troubleshoot it at first which wasn’t easy with my Mac but once I did, it works as it should. Good buy.
