BlackBerry ACC-33811-201 Original FS-1 9800 Battery

I purchased this battery for my approximately 10 year old BlackBerry mobile from "Best Of Best Shop fittings Accessories". Despite the 3 week quoted leadtime the battery arrived in 3 days. I was delighted, and even more so when I realised that the failure to charge up was due solely to a tiny bit of sticky plastic over the terminals. The battery is now working well, and I have ordered two more to charge and use in rotation. I use the BlackBerry for composing and sending Christian devotional texts to family and friends, and the physical keyboard is so much better than the touchscreen version for me. Anything I can do to delay losing my BlackBerry is worth paying £10 a time (including postage), for I doubt the batteries will still be available in another 6 or 8 years when I really need them.

Initially I was delighted. A bona-fide Blackberry battery, sealed and seemed to work. Very soon it became evident that it was faulty. My Blackberry Torch was checked by the 02 Guru and battery seemed to work again. Short lived. Back to the Guru tomorrow who will order me their official batteries. Now my alerts sound laboured and although fully charged only lasts the morning but actions are not carried out. Something def amiss.

Whilst eagerly awaiting the 2013 BB10 handsets, my 30 months-old BB9800 battery finally decided to die two days before Christmas, whilst in the process of moving-house. I didn't want to spend a great deal of money as I only need the phone for another 2-3 months max., and at £2.49 including p&p I'm mightily impressed.The battery arrived 50% charged, appears to be genuine, and having charged it fully, it has so far lasted 24 hours with a 26% drop; in theory, four days light-usage/stand-by capacity.As a result, I may keep the BB9800 Torch longer than I expected...

This is a decent battery, bought as a replacement for another battery. It works exactly the same as the previous battery and was no different to the original.If you're looking at this item, chances are you have the 9800 already and don't need to be told how to suck eggs. Works great as a spare battery.

My second purchase from this supplier. A replacement battery for my really ancient BlackBerry but I don't need to use it yet. It arrived within days of ordering. Very good value.

Arrived, installed in phone and didn’t work, on checking with volt meter there was no voltage in battery and wouldn’t take a charge

Previous battery was old, needed charging every day, or taking a few photos and it was done. This battery lasts 2 days, can take photos, video etc. If not used much it will last 3 days. A great purchase.

I purchased this battery for my blackberry torch at £2.87. It worked alright at the beginning but -as other people reviewed- it didn't last long. Don't waste your time and money!
