Purchased for friends tween daughter who was delighted with it.

My daughter loved this she’s 11. Her younger brother got involved to. Nice little set comes with a booklet to show you how to do nail art. She’s me the nail dryer doesn’t actually help dry the varnish.

I got this set for my nine year old granddaughter and I'm sure that she will love it.Coming from French manufacturer Buki the set comes in a large, 30 x 30 x 15cm, box containing 8 nail varnishes, a stand, a battery operated dryer (2 x AA batteries required), a magnifier, 2 nail files, 1 fan-shaped brush, 1 thick brush 1 dotting tool, 15 orange sticks, 1 tub of glitter, 3 adhesive tapes, 1 sticker sheet and 20 double sided sheets.The nail varnishes appear to be of reasonable quality, according to my wife, but the dryer and magnifier are a bit flimsy and plasticky more to pad out the box than be actually useful I think.But then I have to remember that this set is just a toy and one which will give most girls in the age range of 9 upwards a great deal of fun.

A great gift for kids!

Got as a shared present for our girls. There is a great deal packed in here with a nail dryer, lots of coloured varnishes, powders, stickers, etc. Also a great 'docking' station to avoid spills and drips! In addition some useful cards with tips and tricks. All good and enough to keep a shared present shared...

I have mixed feelings about this set, some parts of it are very good when others really poor.For instance the instructions for nail art design are pretty easy to understand and quite handy. The set comes with 8 nail varnishes, glitter, brushes, files, nail stickers, thin nail tape, dotting tool and wooden cuticle sticks. All that is very nice, quite good quality and my daughter enjoyed creating nail art designs with them.The problematic part, in my opinion, is the fan with light. It looks nice but sadly it is just a gimmick that does not have any real use. First of all the light and the fan can’t be on at the same time because there is only one switch with 3 settings: fan / off / light. Second, both the fan and the light are not strong enough to suit the purpose. Space for the fingers under the fan is very tight as well, my 11 years old daughter struggled to fit her fingers under the fan, especially the thumbs. And the magnifying glass (plastic really) is just useless, not very clear and very small.The description is also a bit confusing, including the note about batteries: “We will send you two LR06 batteries (not included).” The batteries are not included and LR06 stands for regular AA batteries.

This is a fantastic little kit - everything a girl needs to do nail art. Good quality, well packaged and well thought-out, an ideal gift for any little girl.

This is a super set for any little fashion conscious girl. The set has 8 full size bottles of nail varnish and the colours are very modern. The box contains everything you need to have your nails looking fabulous, lots of stickers, glitter, files and even contains nail varnish stands to keep your varnish tidy. The only downside is the magnifying glass, for a few pence more they could have added a much better quality item. My grandchildren have has great fun doing each others nails. I have even been given a make over, however I had to let my nail dry naturally as of coarse my fingers were a little too large for the drier. The box was a little large for the content, giving the idea that the goodies inside would be much larger than they actually are. The web page stated that batteries would be sent out,but I never received any batteries, but was prepared to over look this. This is a great item and with a tweaking could be a super item, Therefore it's only 4* from me folks
