I suffer with neck and shoulder pain and have tried many pillows, some of which have helped my neck but I found not too comfortable or my head would become too hot. This pillow is very good; it is supportive while feeling soft and head does not sink. My head does also not overheat. This pillow fits a conventional pillowcase and looks good on the bed like a normal pillow. The delivery was very quick and I requested some extra fill which was despatched within a day or two. The company then checked to see if the pillow was ok and did I need more fill, which I did not. Very impressed with company and pillow.

Excellent pillows. I bought these in June 2024 they are lasting very well. They have a good shape that moulds to your head and neck but then bounces back so if you have the pillows on a spare bed for example they retain their shape rather than the shape of a person. I also like that the cover can be removed for washing. These are comfortable medium firm pillows at a very good price. Pleased given it was an online purchase and you never really know what to expect. When we move house i intend to replace ALL our bedroom pillows with these.

My neck and shoulders have been uncomfortable for some time and I had put it down to pillows that I'd bought, there were silly expensive, so I'd persevered with them, but I was getting worse and those pillows were not softening up. I looked at loads of reviews for different pillows and these had many 4+stars and a good price point, so decided to give them a try. Almost immediately, my sore neck and shoulders were no more, the pillow is super comfortable and as a result I'm sleeping better, too. Definitely worth the money. Shame I had to waste some before I found these. I would recommend taking a punt on these

I wasn’t sure what to expect. The main selling point for me was the ability to remove as much filling as I needed, to make my pillow comfy. I’ve had so many hard pillows that hurt my neck and back in the past. I started by removing a few handfuls and subsequently, over the course of a few nights, I removed more. In fact, I’ve removed about a carrier bag-worth and it’s finally comfortable! I make sure I plump my pillow up when I make my bed every day.The great thing is that you can ask for more filling if you prefer a hard pillow. Thanks 🙏

I'm always replacing pillows because I've never been able to find one that supports my neck and that is also comfortable UNTIL NOW.These pillows are amazing. Im sleeping so much better. I love that you can customize your pillow with the amount of stuffing in there to get it absolutely perfect and if you need more you can contact the company and they will happily send some more to you free of charge. I also love that if you fill out your details online you get a 2 year guarantee. If you're unsure whether to buy these GO FOR IT, you WONT regret it.

Excellent pillows, exactly as described. I ordered extra stuffing to have the option to plump it up if I wanted and it was free of charge and arrived pretty much straight away. In honesty though, I ordered the standard size pillows and they were plenty big enough, once inflated, the stuffing expands nicely, the memory foam along with hollow fibre filling ensures that the pillows retain shape and the company themselves are brilliant to deal with. Top marks all the way.

Started using these pillows and didn't realise they had worked so well until I bent my neck and had no pain.I left them in the utility to fluff up for a couple of days as mentioned in the leaflet that came with them. Faint smell on first use, but nothing after a day or two.Easily requested some more filling for my partners pillow, as mentioned on the leaflet.

Having purchased various pillows over the years I have eventually found one that is super comfortable. I do like a firm pillow, so I did request the extra filling which was sent out immediately free of charge. The quality and size is perfect, it fits inside a standard pillow case. It did smell when I first received it, but having it outside in the sunshine seemed to do the trick and also washing the pillow case that it came in made a difference. The price is very reasonable and the quality is of a high standard. The other thing that I would like to mention is the outstanding service from this company, others could learn a lot from them. I would highly recommend.
