Fits over the eye really well and blocks most of the light. The only light I notice is from a small crack between the patch and brow towards the side of the head. But, unless you're focusing on it, you won't even notice.The strap could use some improvement. It's just a velcro strap that you adjust. My gripe about it is if you need to tighten it whatsoever, any extra velcro is now flapping around on top of your head. I remedied this by cutting one side shorter. You really only need an inch of velcro on one side and leave the other side long so you can adjust as needed. Be aware of the stitching if you do cut it to make it shorter.Now I'm not sure if it's the material or not, but to get this to stay on my head with little movements, it has to go under one ear and over the top of the head to stay. I'm fine with that, however the strap will slip sometimes. Also, the strap under the ear causes some minor irritation from rubbing, but nothing too seriousThe size isn't too bad, I feel a bit smaller would've been good, but still works

It’s a very sleek and comfortable eye patch but if you wear one daily for your own reasons the elastic will wear out making you have to cut it more and more because you’ll feel it slipping otherwise so I bought multiple sleeves to swap them out to give the band a rest
