This is superior quality fabric for a great price.

Exactly the thing for my project... dog pee pads.
I use PUL fabric for making washable dog pee pads. I use a serger and sew the PUL together with a piece of terrycloth, with the waterproofed side of the PUL on the inside. They are very useful and durable and also save me a fortune in purchasing disposable pee pads. I can't say how long they will last. It's been four or five years since I made the ones I've been using and they are still very serviceable. I just need more of them. The up front cost seems high, but they pay for themselves very quickly.
