As expected
Just received sword in post (postman painstakingly posted it through the letter box, very funny to watch!) and it is exactly as described. Not sure why there are some negative reviews about the sturdiness of it, I ordered a plastic sword, I got a plastic sword. 5 stars from me 👍

wouldn't survive in an arena
not best quality but survived the night - just about! Luckily it was a house party so found the missing parts on the floor and could attach again... there are plastic inserts which connect the 'blade' to the handle... they popped out!

Reproduction spatha at low price
Light and well-priced reproduction of a Roman sword. Could be bought as a toy or a curiosity for a Romanist's collection. Smaller than the real thing, and as it is light plastic it couldn't be used to inflict more than a light bruise.
