I got this 10 days after getting tested by my doctor. TC was a little over 200, according to him. I've used this four times since. The first test failed because I could only fill up the capillary tube halfway before the poke stopped bleeding. It requires A LOT of blood to fill the capillary tube to the line, and you HAVE to fill it to the line. I prefer to use the side of my finger tip, so the finger still functions. But can't get enough blood out. Have to use the pad of the fingertip. That hurts more--and for longer. It takes me about 2 minutes to squeeze out 3-4 large drops and draw them up into the capillary tube. I would put up with all of that if it worked. In all three tests that gave results, it said my TC was <100. It wouldn't even give me a number, just "<100" (see the photo of the screen results of a recent test). That can't be accurate since I just had it tested by the doctor at over 200. It doesn't even show an LDL level. Just leaves that field blank (see the photo).As far as I can tell, this tester is useless garbage. It's worse than garbage because it's a lot of trouble and literal pain for nothing--worse than nothing, misleading and dangerously inaccurate results.

The results are all over the place, even when using the same blood sample (see photos). Easy to use, though the capillary tubes are a bit tricky and a fairly large amount of blood is needed.
