This company really have amazing service. I had a problem that wasn't in any way their fault but they helped me out with it, kept in contact until everything was sorted out. Very friendly & efficient. The chairs are excellent. The leather has a matt finish which I wonder may add to how they make it so comfortable. It is cleverly shaped so you still sink into it even though it gives your back firm support. I have painful hips & I'm noticing the arms have the effect of keeping the cold off. Very easy to stand from yet it doesn't look like a mobility aid, more like a chair anyone would actively choose & be proud of. Assembly is extremely easy & well explained. It is just adding the legs, which makes sense so they are protected during transport. They're beautifully made like the rest of it & the whole chair is very cleverly packaged

Had back surgery a week ago and needed upright chair. This one is very smart/stylish. The cream one I bought is cream, so don't be put off by the whitened photo. It looks well made and solid and is a medium firm upright chair. NB: I read the reviews and noted some comments about the fitting of the legs and holes not marrying up etc. Ignore these as provided you locate loosely each of the 3 bolts per leg BEFORE trying to tighten then you have a perfect firm and secure leg fitting. Yes, if trying to initially thread the new bolts by finger to start locating them, they are stiff so use the old trick of a small drop of oil on each bolt and use the Allen key provided and in they go. My wife was immediately impressed and said she wants one!

Great delivery time. Packaged up very securely. Looks exactly like picture. It is straight back-ed and medium/firm which I find very comfortable. Not for slouching in. Soft leather and matt finish is lovely. The brass buttons and mahogany colour frame finish it lovely! I use mine in a reading nook in corner of my bedroom and to study with my writing bureau. Just perfect for both. Paid £175 great quality for that price. Hopefully it will stand test of time too :)

Extremely pleased with the quality, packaging and prompt delivery of this srylish chair. Easy to fit the legs in place. Not only were they numbered so you couldn't make a mistake but the tool is provided too. Solid construction, comfortable and looks great.

Looks even better than the pictures, very nice matt black soft leather. Very nicely upholstered and medium / firm seat. Seat is 17" from ground and is suited for a smaller person ( wife is 5 feet ). Back support is excellent with the upright back. Wife says this is the best chair she has ever sat in !!A really good buy and will now get another one for the bedroom.

This is a good looking chair, it's sturdy and well made but so uncomfortable though. Not enough deep seat, sitting on it half of my thighs are out and I am 5'6" tall only, short legs! The angle of the back keeps you quite straight and the seat is pretty high with quite low arms which could suit as a dinning chair, not to seat for long time on it. I bought it to watch TV and relax but I am going to use it as a desk chair.

I ordered this chair and I was pleasantly surprised at the workmanship and quality. The chair arrived sooner than expected and was very well packed arriving in perfect condition. For me it is really comfortable and supportive. The legs are self assembly and straightforward to attach. I just love it!

This is the 2nd chair my parents have bought they loved the first so purchased another.Well made and comfortable .The only problem was issues with delivery as both times given a 3 day slot from 8am to 8pm ..Hard for anybody to be available for such a long period of time also delivery man just dropped inside the door.Very difficult for a pensionior to move ....But as a chair fits the bill 100%
