We ordered 2 of these and both cracked in the exact same place. We sent them back but extremely dissatisfied with the quality control. We loved the size and look, took great care piling it and it cracked in the exact same place. Unbelievable. I like you to send a free one and if it doesn’t crack in the first week - then I will pay. A most difficult transaction.

I ordered two, to cover my center island. I’d ordered a different brand, with great reviews. But they were warped! They spun on the counter, centers were bowed. But these are perfect. Flat, solid, beautiful. Thanks for making this product with such quality. Seems it’s rare to find items on Amazon anymore that are of this quality . Seems I’ve been returning a lot of junk.

Firstly, I shopped around before purchasing these boards and the color of these boards captured my attention. They are solidly built and have some weight to them. I was less impress with the quality than the pictures depicted after they arrived. The first board ordered looked amazing but had a signifícate split on the side near the handle. I returned this item and ordered another. When the 2nd board arrived, it was an utter disappointment. It also had a split on the side, albeit much more pronounced but it also had significant scratches and maring on the surface. It’s possible some damage occurred during shipping since the product box was damaged and then placed within another shipping box. Unfortunately, I am forced to search for an alternative product.

The product had a nice appearance but the quality was poor. The surface was very rough and stained easily. When you clean it with rag the rough surface causes little remnants of rag to stick on the board. I used the board only 3 times and returned it. THE WORST of all issues is that I returned the item and even though they received the item 10 days ago they won’t refund my monies for another 2 weeks. They are just using my money, for almost a month, instead of processing my refund immediately. They have many negative reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER NAMED BICOM !!

The cutting board is a great size, nice thickness, walnut is beautiful but the split down the middle was a real disappointment.

The media could not be loaded. They did beautiful workmanship! Love it. Very heavy, not moving anywhere.

Love it.. have been using it for a few months. Easy to clean and maintain. I would buy again.

We had this cutting board for 4 days, 3 days on the counter. I didnt even get to cut on it/wipe it down because in that time it warped and cracked. The only exposure to moisture looked like a little spill had snuck underneath it so i guess be extremely careful, I dont know if it would have survived regular washes even with mineral oil
