I really needed a toner for sensitive skin and had bad experiences with some of the off the shelf products. So I did some research decided to buy this product after reading the great reviews although did feel it was rather more expensive than I would like a toner to be. It arrived promptly however I was immediately disappointed in fact disgusted by the smell. I found it very strong and pungent sickly. i fully expected the product to irritate my skin so very dubiously used it as part of my skin care routine. I've been using it for a week now and have to say no irritation but actually noticed my skin felt a lot fresher after using it. after receiving 6 months of chemo my skin had become very dry and very sensitive and had begun to look aged like leather. After 5 days it definitely looks refreshed smoother. pores are definitely smaller and definitely no irritation. I really wish I had taken before and after photos because the difference is noticeable. I have changed no other aspect of my skin care routine and can only put it down to this toner . So I will definitely be putting up with the smell because of which I am rating it 4 not 5 stars. Just goes to show don't judge a product by its smell.

I have only been using this for a few days and I already love it. This is gorgeous in every way. I bought it to use on my eye lids, hoping it may help to tighten my ageing skin as I've heard rosewater can do. Rosense was the best brand I could find which didn't contain any nasty ingredients and is cruelty free. I'm keeping it in the fridge as its best applied cold to the eyes which I put onto reusable cotton pads and leave on my eyes for a bit. I guess time will tell if it makes a difference. I've also applied it to my face as a toner. It feels refreshing and cleansing on the skin and the smell is lovely. The presentation bottle and box is beautiful, so much so that it could be given as a gift. For the amount you get I think this is a good price. I will definitely be buying it again.

Does the job but it doesn't smell very nice.
