Outer Banks: Lights Out: A Novel

Loved this book for a quick read! Even though it’s basically a fanfic I loved it. Straight to the point, different plot. Loved that it kept the Netflix facts but was also a story in its own. I’m about to read the next one!

My daughter is obsessed with outer banks and she wanted this book so bad! It was amazing to see the smile on her face when I came so quickly in the mail! I believe this is the 1st book so I’m definitely going to get her the other one too!

Honestly, I need more of these books in my life. I would love to see a whole entire series more.

If you have an Outer Banks fan then this is one of the very few books you can purchase for your outer banks fans. I purchased for my daughter and she was so happy.

Outer Banks: Lights Out follows John B and JJ who are trying to escape the rich tourists who are on spring break in the Outer Banks. They decide to go on a fishing trip but things do not go as planned. They run into Savannah and her boyfriend who are tourists. Soon a major storm is on the way Savannah's boyfriend chicken's out leaving her with JJ and John B. They decide to ride out the storm in an abandoned lighthouse but soon they realize that they might not be alone. And things turn into a life or death situation and to top it all off JJ starts having feelings for Savannah.I LOVE the show Outer Banks ( it is actually one of the only shows I watch) so when I found out they made a book this was a must read for me. This book seemed like it could be a really good episode of the show. If you have never watched the show I do not think you would be a fan of this book. This book was written because of the show. So if you have not seen the show you would be missing a lot of character development. I will say one of the downsides of this book was Kiara and Pope were not in this book a lot, and I love them. I did like how this book brought in new characters ( who I do not think we will see on the show) and new adventures. Because I am a huge fan of the show I really loved this book and I highly suggest it to any fan of the show. Also, this book made me even more excited for the new season. All I have left to say is P4L ( if you know you know).

definitely a great book especially when there’s romance with JJ. hopefully there’s more OBX books that come out as i will definitely purchase them!
