I bought this book for my Mother. I had a look through it and thought it had a good variety of recipes however I have not had any feedback from my Mother and so I have given 4 stars.

The book calls for gluten free ready made things like flour pastry etc. I wanted a book that shows how to make those things not buy ready made and also 90 percent of the recipes are gluten free anyway so the book is not much use and is miss advertising

Das Buch hat viele tolle Ideen. Die Gerichte sind mit Gramm-Angaben (nicht immer selbstverständlich für englischsprachige Bücher). Es sind viele ideenreiche Rezepte darin. Das Buch ist klein und handlich und hat trotzdem viele Rezepte. Das ist bislang das beste Kochbuch, das ich für die Zöliakie-geplagten gefunden habe. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die der englischen Sprache mächtig sind.
