This is a great product. Good value for money also. It’s great to take 5grams in your bedtime tea. It helps you sleep through if you wake up a lot.

I didn't expect so good and comfortable playing tennis using these balls. I bought with price discount, but now than cost as other brands tennis balls. I added to my wish list for the future.

An hour or two, or half an hour before bed, it sort of works but not as much as 2.5-5 hours before bed for me.So if it doesn't work for people an hour or two before bed, take it a bit more time before bed.It's the same for magnesium, taking it an hour or two, or half an hour before bed doesn't help me as much as taking it during the day.An impressive range of benefits and, especially as we age-look this up.As we age, this supplement is going to be pretty handy-honestly, look it up and see what it can do for you!Considering glycine is largely found in meat, not just the muscles but the joints, bones, cartilage, and I don't really want to always have meat to get my glycine!It's slightly sweet but I'd not use it to sweeten coffee or tea, as a teaspoon is maybe half as sweet as a teaspoon of sugar.

I bought this as an alternative to the tablet form I usually get. Whilst it helps you get to sleep it did not sustain a deep sleep like the tablet form. If I used more powder then I would get a similar effect but it was not going to last very long at all. Therefore overall the tablet form for me was a more cost effective and efficient option

Use regular, good product

I love this stuff... It really helps me to sleep much deeper I wake in the night and I'm instantly alert and can't go back to sleep but when I have this I can usually always drop back off I have tried not having it and I sleep awful so won't be without it now this seems a good brand although have not tried any others but this has no fillers and is pure glycine, the only thing I would say is I wish it came in bigger quantities.

Arrived quickly, looks like a creamy white fine sugar-crystal type powder, dissolved easily and tastes a bit sweet so very easy on the palate. Just started taking it on 21st May 2017 so not sure about effects yet if any. Hopefully it will do synergistically what is expected of it. :D Using this as a replacement for bone broth.

It's very sweet tasting, I don't like sweet stuff so hard for me to get used to
