This was the only urn I could find that did not have one bad review all reviews were good so I took a chance and bought this 9ltr urn and I am not disappointed it looks great not to big perfect for home or office I can keep a fleet of lorries topped up with hot drinks all day it takes 24 mins approximately to heat up to 90 degrees and this urn does not steam at this temperature either I leave it run on this temperature all day for hot drinks all day I'm really pleased with my purchase.Thank you

This is an excellent product although not practical for a small domestic kitchenI bought this as my partner is unable to lift a kettle due to arthritisFound the urn to be well made and easy to use and although I had to return it. It was simply because my kitchen was too smallThis seller had no problems refunding me and I thoroughly recommend this seller

I purchased this for work as the urn we had before broke and there are 8 people working there so boiling the kettle was very time consuming. This model is only 9l but it is a very neat urn, it looks stylish and heats quickly. It is fairly small so does not look too obtrusive on your work surface. You can alter the temperature to what you desire, it has a boil dry safety switch off, if you forget to check how much water there is in it - because it does not have a visible gauge for you to check.You have to keep the handle pressed down when using it - which I love about it as you can not leave it running. It is also quite quiet too.All in all this is a neat and stylish urn and very handy - worth the money for the availability of hot water on tap.

I think it would benefit from a stainless steel lid instead of the current plastic which becomes brittle with use as well as the top hinges very dangerousmine did thankfully was empty at the time. Otherwise a good urn.

What a great product this is! Could not be more pleased, it's saved me so much worry. My husband, (83 years old) cannot grasp things properly and keeps dropping stuff, therefore cannot use the electric kettle for fear of burning himself or others. Now that we have the urn he is very independent as all he has to do is place his cup under the tap, turn it on till his cup is full and then turn the tap off. This puts him back in control when he wants a hot drink, and does not have to request someone else to make it for him. The urn is so handy for many things, like filling pots or pans to speed up cooking times and anything else you need hot water for. All I have to do is make sure there is plenty of water in the urn and then turn it on. It's been a real blessing all round and it's great to find one of this size and not be stuck with an enormous one.

A very good urn for the price and I was pleasantly surprised. Bought for home to put on at weekends to save keep boiling the kettle 100 times. Know nothing about urns to compare this but can say it suits our needs is not at all ugly in the kitchen and fits on the kitchen side perfectly. Will be so handy when dad visits as he drinks tea 24 7! Also came in handy when boiler packed up and had no hot water as a lot more heated water from urn than keep boiling kettle. Must be kept out of reach if you have children though as very hot and could prove dangerous also keep nothing near it like chocolate biscuits that can melt!!!!! A good buy so can recommend

This seemed very good value and worked very well for 6 months but then broke. I messaged the seller to ask about the guarantee and was told several times they were 'waiting to hear back from head office' so in the end I had to give up and buy another one. On that basis I can't recommend this product and would advise people to choose a different make as there are plenty out there for a similar price.

It's a decent tea urn. It does what you would expect. I have it on for about 45 hours per week in a barbershop, keeping water hot for shaves. Unfortunately, after a year or so, the pin started coming out of the tap and kept having to be forced back in. A few months later, the plastic handles became brittle and broke off. Now, just short of two years after purchase, the element has gone. Not a bad product but nothing to rave about either.
