Marshall rg 1 regenerator
Arrived on time and packaged well . I think this is the most well built pedal I've seen . Bought it for the chorus and flanger effects which works for me and a good price as I didn't want to spend out on two separate pedals.so good so far .happy customer.

Decent Pedal...
I was using a multi effects system, but when I brought my Mesa Boogie tube amp, the two didn't like each other and the ME pedal ate up most of my amps tone - so I was forced back to the stomp boxes and using the FX loop to get the best out of my setup.I brought this because it had a chorus and a phaser, which I use quite a lot but not enough to warranty two expensive pedals. I wasn't expecting it to be amazing and to be fair, it's not, but for something that I use on a few songs in the set it does a very decent job. I would have preferred more available phase on the phaser, but the chorus is as good as any I have played with. The other settings are pretty pointless and are more gimmicky than actually useful...Only real downside is the notches on the knobs are impossible to see (how marshall of all manufacturers thought this would get by us guitarists is beyond me!) so changing settings whilst performing etc is pretty frustrating! Recommend some tipex or a touch of permenant marker to help!Well made and will last - so for this money you can't really go too far wrong...

Marshall RG-1 Regenerator
Delivery was amazingly quick (despite the date given) arriving within 48 hours on normal delivery. As for the product itself? I have not had a chance to test it in a live "gig" environment yet but certainly in private practice and running through a practice amp it sounds great. The different settings and sounds give a wide range of possibilities, whilst the pedal is of a typically high standard from Marshall. The only small flaw is the pedal switch doesn't seem overly strong, but this could be deceptive as an old Marshall pedal I have is still going strong. Over all this is an amazing bit of kit, and for the £30 price range (on offer) it's outstanding. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to use it in a live environment.

Loads of settings and well worth the price
If you're looking for a lush super Boss CE1 style chorus , move along the bus as the chorus sounds are a bit digital ( very usable in a loud band live setting though ) but not warm or characterful. The phaser and flanger do an ok job but once again not up to an MXR phase 90 et al. It sounds like I'm being negative but what makes this pedal useful is it has a go at all the 6 sounds and once again in a loud live setting it works well. The U Vib setting is its best feature , v useful at getting lush and chewy univibe "type" sounds and the step phaser can get you some interesting noises. All in all well built, value for money , 9 volt power adapter friendly and a worthy addition to any pedal board / set up , and its stereo if you wish to pan the sounds with two amps ( which I suspect no one does but its an option ) I used an old practice amp to try it and it does sound very spacey !!.

Not impressed, but if you're on a budget, great price for 6 effects
Really not impressed with the quality of the individual effects, particularly the choruses and the flanger, but nonetheless the simple fact that it has 6 of them makes it good value for money, especially at the discounted price of £32. That's why I give it the 3 stars, otherwise it would be 2. I'm sending it back and getting a proper phaser, which is the main effect I was after when I bought this.
