Used as curtain backing! It worked well no issues.But more for another set I'm making.

This is lovely fabric to work with. I have made full length linings for our draughty dining room windows. It has improved the way the curtains hang, but more importantly it has stopped the cold air from coming into the room. I am going to buy more for our front door and other rooms. It completely blacks out light too. We also feel it has cut down on the noise from passing traffic. Soft and easy to sew.

The shading effect is great. Although there is some odour, after a while no. With it, I can really sleep well.The first time the express was lost, but the seller had a good attitude and sent it again soon. The second time I received it successfully.

Bought this to cover up 2 bedroom windows to stop my 3 year old declaring it is "morning" at bedtime. I was a bit dubious whether it would block out the light on it's own, rather than being used as curtain lining, but it works great. I also have a blind and thin curtains, but due to the style of windows cannot put regular curtains up. Also does stop the heat as well, so if I leave down during the day it helps keep the room cool - great for south facing windows! On a separate note, the product did arrive with slight damage to it - tiny little bit of damage, but meant light could get through. Contacted the seller straight away, and they dispatched a new product. Great customer service as well as great product :)

This is the third time in the last few years I've bought curtains claiming to be blackout but in reality not even remotely are. The council changed the street lights to solar, they no longer turn off at midnight, so I need blackout to sleep but also when the light comes through the curtains look awful. I bought 4m, came in one piece. Cut to size, attached to reverse of curtains with safety pins, done and dusted. Looks great from outside the house and curtains hang better. Great price, quick delivery.

The delivery of this material was great. However its a lot thinner than I imagined, I have in the past bought thermal lining which has been a lot thicker. It also seems to be coated on the inside with a plastic type material. I am currently making new curtains for my liveaboard so hope it is up to the job
