handy little inspection camera, to get into those awkward spaces, under floor boards, behind plasterbaord, behind panelling, etc. The camera gives a good picture and can also take a couple of photos. Its small enough to get into really tight spaces and the camera cord /cable is long enough to go round corners, etc.Good manufacturer and seems well made, comes in its own little case. Thank you

This inspection camera is a fantastic bit of kit, way exceeding the higher priced and inferior *Stanley product I had (*which broke and was very difficult to use). The Bosch camera will suit the vast majority of users who do not need a lengthy boroscope, superb buy with great image quality, illuminaton and features. Would highly recommend 8~)

I got this as I tried a couple of the WiFi ones. These were just impractical due to the overall length and, in particular, quality of the 'flexible' cable you get. Mine both felt like they simply had a single-core of hard wire that you need to bend. This made them very difficult to manoeuvre. Almost as annoying were the Apps you have to download which were invariably rubbish for either connectivity or interface reasons.With that in mind I thought I'd just pay a bit more and get a complete unit with a screen rather than having to create a Wifi Hotspot that you must join from a separate device. Although you only get a meter, the cable is easy to guide through most things. The cable housing is easy to move into shape as it's actually a flexible exoskeleton rather than a pretend one with a single-core.You have the option to take a couple of pics without an SD card, and many more if you add one. The only negative is the resolution which is something around 350px across. It's enough for what I need but something to consider. There are brightness modes which are basically how bright the white LEDs are that sit around the tiny camera. There's a black and white mode which is actually quite useful too for contrast.So on the whole, it's simple, easy to use and no faffing involved.

Excellent item, compact design, highly portable, easy to set up and use, great price. This give excellent focal range meaning you don’t have to be directly on the subject to get a focused image. LED’s give 3 brightness settings which helps with inspection of large voids and reduces over exposure in smaller spaces, 8mm head allows for narrow channel/orifice inspections and image capture is a bonus. I’ve used this for engine inspections, visual detecting of under floor plumbing leaks, cavity wall rodent checks, stud wall wiring route checks and back of sofa lost items.

Sturdy, good picture, good light, stores 4 photos at a time.Buy it. Then find a use for it.

This feels like a quality product and it works as it should.The problem i have with it is the screen size is small, having bought and used this item i would not get another one with a small screen again.But where it really falls down is the image quality. it is poor and from most angles hard to see anythingThe upside the adjustable lights and the quality of the line the way your can bend it in to shape it has just the right mix of flexibility and rigidity

Had this a good while now. It does the job well. Let's me into those hard to see nooks and crannies. I would say an essential workman's tool.

I like the ability to put the camera almost anywhere (even in drains) and get an illuminated picture and save the picture to sd card.It's good to use something like Clinell wipes (in the green resealable pack) for the camera and goose-neck as any bugs can be kept at a minimumNot super fond of the display as you really have to be at an odd angle to see the picture not in someway occluded - this might just be ours but looking straight on is like how some displays look when viewing at an angle.Colours and image are ok when you find the sweet spot- obviously saved images to sd card are unaffected by the display.It lasts a lot longer using lithium AA's.In the last few days , I've found quite a few keys under furniture and one remote light on/off controller so i'm having lots of fun with it!I got it at a good sale price, so regardless of the display issues for me, i think it is worth what I paid.
